QA Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all aspects, types and stages of testing (e.g. functional, system, integration, regression, performance testing);

  • Participation in creation of test cases when applicable;

  • Prepare test related documentation and user manuals;

  • Collaborate with development teams in application testing;

  • Perform, analyze and report results of manual and automated software testing;

  • Facilitate resolution of quality issues in a timely manner;

  • Use test administration, management and monitoring tools according to assignment requirements;

  • Interact extensively with external or internal clients;

  • Participate and assist in development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems, processes and procedures, test strategies, test plans, and other QA assessments;

  • Interact directly with client according to the requirements, to understand their objectives;

  • Assist as a QA Consultant to Project Manager, System Architect, development team and client representatives on quality methods, processes, and tools.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in manual testing;

  • Fluency in English;

  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence;

  • SAP professional experience in software testing will be considered as an advantage;

  • SAP professional experience in QA software testing as a part of the development process will be considered as an advantage;

  • Experience in test planning, design and execution of web-applications;

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and persuasion skills;

  • Superiorpresentation and communication skills, including verbal and technical writing skills;

  • Excellent analytical skills;

  • Ability to work independently and in a team;

  • Understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes will be considered as an advantage;

  • Good knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, including white box/black box/interfaces, functional/non-functional, full coverage/risk-based, and manual/automated;

  • Knowledge of all phases of project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, prioritization, testing, and defect resolution;

  • Modelling techniques and methods;

  • Knowledge of issue tracking tools, document management system and source control systems;
