Develop technical specification based on business requirements;
Implementation of new functionality/new rollout implementation;
Perform quality assurance to end products to ensure consistent deliverables;
SAP CRM on-premise configuration knowhow of Interaction Center;
ABAP programming, Middleware, Interaction Center, Function Modules, mBDOC, enhancements etc.;
UI enhancements for call center agents;
SAP LORD interface to SAP ECC;
Enhanced and developed programs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 3-5 Years of relevant experience.
Primary Skill: SAP CRM/TPM
An analytical mind-set with excellent problem-solving skills;
Organized, efficient, patient, autonomous and proactive;
Ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines, to multi-task and prioritize, and to adhere to strict guidelines/instructions;
Good communication/interpersonal skill.
